Special Message About Scheduling Home Visits 

Home visits are available for a $50 fee* to clients who qualify.  Call the office for details.  If you qualify for a home visit, DO NOT schedule your appointment online; call the office to schedule your appointment.

Home visits are scheduled on Sundays and Thursdays ONLY.
