Our History

Wagtime Enterprises is the result of a son carrying on the tradition of his mother. Reginald Wagner began this company after taking note of his mother handling financial affairs at the company where she was employed.  Reginald's mother became a busienss owner and needed someone to complete her taxes.  As a result of his mother's request, Reginald completed tax preparation courses in order to assist his mother with her financial needs.  After taking courses and passing required tests with exceptionally high scores, Reginald was asked to work for H&R Block in 1997.  In two years, he gained enough experience and talent in tax preparation that he decided to explore his entrepreneurial interest and venture out on his own to open RB Taxes.   Shortly after, bookkeeping and payroll services were added to RB Taxes.

Since 1999, this company has grown from 10 personal clients to currently over 600 personal clients, 16 corporations, 7 partnerships, and 4 non-profit organizations.  Bookkeeping and payroll clients are increasing.  We have included some business services such as assisting with the formation of a business, acquiring tax ID numbers and business licenses, and DBAs (Doing Business As).

With its success, this company is looking to expand with the current services we offer as well as additional entrepreneurial ventures.
